Jiangsu OGO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Jiangsu OGO) was established in 2008 and is headquartered in Liyang, Jiangsu. The company primarily engages in the research and development of biological enzyme preparations, using enzymatic methods to produce biological sugar alcohols as alternatives to sucrose in food ingredients or additives, for use in low-sugar and sugar-free foods and beverages. Using synthetic biology technology, the company produces feed-grade amino acids, pharmaceutical-grade amino acids, and nucleotides, which are used in pharmaceutical raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, pharmaceutical nutrition, and animal nutrition.
The company has established and put into operation production facilities in Liyang, Jiangsu, and Songyuan, Jilin, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons of trehalose and blended sugars, 20,000 tons of feed-grade amino acids, and 300 tons of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) (produced on the same line as glutathione): 10,000 tons/year of enzyme preparations, 5,000 tons/year of isomaltulose, 10,000 tons/year of β-cyclodextrin, 10,000 tons/year of polydextrose, 70,000 tons/year of compound sugar series, and 2,000 tons/year of pharmaceutical-grade amino acids.
