Cleanroom Area: Includes packaging, drying, and other positions; requires wearing cleanroom suits, hair caps, and masks, with temperature maintained at a constant level year-round. Mobile Position: Involves operating equipment across all production sections; offers a fast career advancement path (from substitute worker to team leader). Job Requirements: 1. Junior high school education or above. 2. Willingness to work two-shift rotations (rotating once a week), with 2–4 days off per month based on production schedules. 3.
