Liyang Weixin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is legally domiciled in the Industrial Concentration Zone of Poyu Village, Shanghuang Town, Liyang City. The company has now completed technological upgrades that have increased its production capacity to 10,000 tonnes of polydextrose, 20,000 tonnes of composite sugar products, and 2,000 tonnes of pharmaceutical-grade amino acids.

The company is the first in China to achieve continuous polymerization for the production of polydextrose and the first in China to operate a co-line production facility for polydextrose and resistant dextrin.
